To become a modern gamekeeper a certain amount of training is required. This is a list of colleges that support the National Gamekeepers' Organisation by being Trade Members.
SPARSHOLT COLLEGE
Sparsholt College is widely acknowledged as the home of traditional keeper training. The wildlife and countryside managers are also building a great reputation for their knowledge and expertise of habitat and rural resources management.

The purpose of this programme is to produce students who can go straight in to employment on graduation, with the right mix of professional, personal and practical skills and having developed good links in to the existing conservation sector during their time at UWE Hartpury.
